Validity
This page contains the terms and conditions (hereinafter named as the "Terms") that apply to the agreement between the visitor or customer (hereafter designated as "You") and Charlie Dehaene (hereinafter named as "we" or "BLOK24") and relating to all orders, operations, deliveries, services and offers between these two parties in the context of this online shop. By ordering one of the products from BLOK24 through the online platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The moment you pass an order on the BLOK24 webshop, you confirm that you have read these terms and conditions and agree with them.

BLOK 24 guarantees that the product meets the contract, product features and product photos in the offer. Certain product features, such as color, size, and others may differ with delivery from the product photos, as shown on the website. This is usually indicated in the product description, but if you are not satisfied, please contact us to find a solution.
You have the right of withdrawal by law, allowing you to cancel the purchase without giving us a reason for the withdrawal, and without inference (fines or reason). This period starts from the day after the delivery of the goods or the conclusion of the service agreement.
These Terms and Conditions, as well as any information on the site are the intellectual property of BLOK24 and are copyrighted. It is not allowed to use products, product photos and / or text from the website for commercial purposes unless permission has been given by BLOK24. Any infringement may result in legal actions.
Delivery and Shipping Costs
Standard shipping with BPOST: €5,95 or €15 – 3 to 5 business days*.
*We do our utmost to make sure the products are delivered at the delivery address you provided with your order and within the delivery period specified by us. The standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days (Saturday, Sunday and holidays not included), starting on the day when you have passed your order and at the time we receive your payment, unless otherwise indicated.
If your order cannot be delivered on time, we will inform you as soon as possible. We are not liable for any loss, liability, damage, cost or expense arising out of late delivery, to the extent permitted by law. BLOK24 is not responsible for orders that are lost by others, unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
All our products are sent with BPOST. On delivery, you may be asked to sign a receipt. In signing this certificate, you confirm that you have checked the order completely for damage. If an order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address provided by you or if you are absent at the time of delivery, BPOST takes further contact with you. BPOST may also deliver your order at the neighbors, unless specified otherwise in your address.
If an order is not delivered within the specified delivery time, an investigation is started with BPOST. This may take several days and a refund or replacement shipment can only be executed after this investigation.
Shipping costs are standard fixed at €5,95 or €15 for EU countries. Delivery to other countries can sometimes entail higher shipping. In these cases, BLOK24 will contact you to reach an agreement. We reserve the right to change the amount of the shipping costs at any time, but will always inform you whether you agree to this.
Prices
All prices are expressed in euros and include 21% VAT. The shipping costs are not included in the prices of the products and are clearly communicated.
Payment
You can choose from the following payment options: Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact / Mister Cash. Payments are secured with SSL encryption so that every online payment is safely passed.
Your order will be sent once BLOK24 has received the full payment amount.
BLOK24 is in no way responsible for any credit card fraud or identity theft of their respective holder.
Right of withdrawal
When purchasing the product you have the option to terminate the contract without any reason on condition that you notify us within 14 days after delivery of the product by e-mail. During this period, you are obliged to keep the products and packaging in an appropriate and careful manner. The product should be returned to BLOK24 (Address: BLOK24 Zangersbos 24,8211 Aartrijke) in its original condition and at your own risk. You are in this case responsible for the return of the products, and therefore also for the shipping costs for the return.
After you have contacted BLOK24 to take advantage of the right of cancellation, you must return the products within 14 days.
If an order is received with gift vouchers or coupons, we reserve the right not to refund the amount of the order, but to choose credit to the amount of your order. You may then choose other products within the same price range. If by a return, the minimum value of a gift voucher or coupon is no longer met, the amount of this voucher cannot be refunded.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:
- If the delivered product is made by the customers’ wishes, or if it was tailored to the personal needs of the customer;
- When the supplied product is a journal or magazine.
Warranty and Complaints
BLOK24 guarantees that the products meet the agreement, as stated on the website in the product description or product image.
If this is not the case, and the products show signs of a defect, please notify us within 5 days after receipt of the order. Any form of compensation can never exceed the amount that was billed to you. Normal wear or (un) intentional changes to the product are covered by the guarantee.
You can contact our customar service as indicated on top of our Terms and Conditions. We do our best to handle your complaint or request as soon as possible. Please provide us with as much information as possible regarding your complaint so we can handle it as quickly as possible. This information is at least the order number and your full name, but can also be photos of the product and a detailed description of the defect or complaint.
Force Majeure
BLOK24 cannot be held liable for non-compliance with the agreement due to force majeure. Force majeure means any strange reason or circumstance that reasonably ought not to come to its risks: sickness, negligence by suppliers and / or manufacturers , strikes, government measures, disruption of the Internet, electricity or programs and delays with our suppliers.
Liability
This module takes precedence over all other terms and explains our full liability. BLOK24 is liable according to the legal obligations for defects, defects or losses caused by negligence. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions can hold us liable for fraud, death or personal injury caused by a breach of our obligations or any other liability which can not be excluded or limited by applicable law or your legal rights as a customer.
Data
If you place an order on the webshop of BLOK24, your data will be included in the customer base of BLOK24. The contact information you provided is necessary to process and complete your order. The transmission of incorrect or false identity information is considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Your data is protected and will not be passed on to third parties.
BLOK24 offers you the option to subscribe to our newsletter, which brings you into our mailing list. Each mailing includes instructions to remove you from this list.
Applicable Law
All our agreements and offers are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute relating to or resulting from the offers or agreements concluded with BLOK24 are under the juristiction of the territorial court, unless this is in conflict with international rules on consumer protection.
